Where is the intended market for your Bunk Beds?

Our Bunk Beds are designed for use in 2nd homes, Airbnb’s, vacation rentals and for the retreat living lifestyle. Our Bunk Beds are primarily built for adult use but, are also very kid friendly.

 

Are your products for commercial or residential use? 

Our products are recommended for residential use only. 

 

How can I open an account or place an order with BUNKROOMHOME?

Where can I see your products in person?

Our products are sold at many fine retail stores across the USA. To find the nearest retailer to you, please contact us so we can provide you with their information.

OUR PRODUCTS

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are produced by amazing artisans in the USA and in Vietnam.

 

How are your wooden case goods manufactured?

Our products are made with solid wood and wood veneers. Our bed frames are constructed with finger and mortis & tenon joints with floating panels. Our drawers are wood box construction with English Dovetail joints and ball bearing glides.

 

Where are your products warehoused?

Our products are inventoried in our High Point, North Carolina Distribution Center.

 

What is the weight capacity of your Bunk Beds?

We have a 750lb weight capacity for all beds on both levels.

 

What is the warranty on your products?

We have a one-year limited warranty on all of our products.

 

How are your case goods packaged?

Our case pieces are packaged in double-corrugated cardboard cartons. Our beds are packaged and ready to assemble in (2) cartons.

 

What finishes do you offer?

Our Hamilton collection is offered in two finishes; Chalk White & Vintage Smoke.

 

How are your wood products finished?

Our wood products have a 5-Step NC Lacquer-Stain Finish with a 20-sheen protective topcoat. 

 

Do you provide customizations?

Our wood products are not customizable, but we do have optional fabrics on our upholstered products.

Can I move the Bunk Bed ladder to the opposite side?

No, the ladder is only available on one side of the bunk bed but, keep in mind that most of our bunk beds can be rotated in the room to position the ladder on the opposite side. Please inquire about which beds are exceptions. 

 

What mattress height do you recommend for your beds?

We recommend a 10" mattress height or smaller on our beds.

 

Do your beds include a platform for the mattress?

Yes, all of our beds include plywood Bunkie Boards along with metal support rails, so you don't need a boxspring or foundation for your mattress.

 

What USA compliance certifications do your wooden products have?
